Simply… just give us a call, discuss and arrange to meet and we will take care of the rest. We have the expertise and experience to design, develop and construct all types of bespoke furniture.

Design

The design process may have been undertaken by your designers. If not, send us a sketch, an outline brief or an image of what you require. Alternatively we can visit you to discuss your requirements and arrange a meeting at your premises or the site of the project.

From the initial enquiry, design and detail is at the for front of the process here at Whiteleaf Design. We listen and respond, and visualise using CAD to ensure the right end product. We will produce sketch proposals generally in the form of a 2d or 3d CAD drawings.

We have experience in sourcing both traditional and contemporary materials, finishes and fittings.

Once you are happy with the proposal and have placed an order for your Whiteleaf Design furniture we produce CAD working drawings for your approval approx 1 week from your order subject to materials involved.

Manage

After the order has been placed we survey the area where the piece of furniture will be housed, take templates of walls, skirting and ceiling as necessary.

We send a quotation within 1 working week of your enquiry dependant on finishes stating manufacturing time and installation date.

Custom built furniture requires resourcefulness and a mix of problem solving skills and clear decision making. We manage every project to successful completion, with the emphasis on quality, deadlines and our clients needs.

Once the furniture has been installed to your satisfaction we like to visit site at your convenience to explain any operational requirements and care of the piece or discuss any queries that you may have regarding your Whiteleaf Design furniture.

Make

Generally we work to a 6 - 8 week manufacture from receipt of order. This is subject to the type of materials involved. We may be able to complete a project in a much shorter time bearing in mind that care and consideration are required to produce quality products.

All furniture is constructed by trained cabinet makers and you are most welcome to visit the workshops where tradition walks hand in hand with modern technology.

Install

Our furniture is installed by experienced cabinet makers and by at least one who has worked on the piece throughout the making process.

We will deliver at your convenience. We are able to deliver outside normal working hours and at weekends. When organising installation we aim to minimise disruption to you and your interior environment.
